Introduction[]
Throughout the storyline, there are numerous dialogue choices to affect both short-term and long-term outcomes, be it storyline progression, commander recruitment, or the ending. Most choices appear by simply progressing through the story, while some may only be available by meeting certain conditions.
Attributes affected by (and affecting) choices are:
- Conquest: Appeals to Chaotic Alignment, needed for the Conquest Route/Ending
- Reign: Appeals to Lawful Alignment, needed for the Reign Route/Ending
- Character Affection: Intimacy of characters to the Main Character, Loki. For Goddesses, necessary for late-game transformations and for the three demon sisters, necessary to maintain their recruitment in the army.
Main Story Events[]
Main story events have trigger conditions, of them typically being the state of an opposing army or the number of turns passed since the start of the chapter or another event.
Some events change depending on if the game is the All Ages version or the R18+ version. All Ages events are viewable in the extras menu of both versions, while R18+ is only available on the R18+ version.
Note: Non-Capital territories occupied by an army count as 1 Asset. Capitals count as 3 Assets

1Winning/losing this battle does not make any particular difference. Winning the battle offers spoils but the fight itself can be extremely difficult if you have yet to be able to deal with Tyrca effectively.
2Whichever nation chosen to invade becomes Chapter 2. This is important to note as some events depend on the chapter progressed rather than the nation being invaded.
Chapter X : The Golden Plains (Nation of Autumn Folk) - Freya (and Ymir)[]
Ymir is not recruitable, neither in this chapter nor later in the game. At the beginning of the chapter you will be automatically allied with his army and part-way through the chapter, his territories will fall to the Folk Army, requiring you to capture at least some of them.

Chapter X : The Lightning Deity and White Wolf (Nation of Summer Thrudheim) - Thor (and Fenrir)[]
At the beginning of the chapter you are given the option whether or not to ally with Fenrir. Allying with her grants her affection but will result in her taking specific territories that will be owned by you if you did not start your invasion from the North (Folk).
With the affection gained from above and another during a dialogue choice in the chapter, it is possible to obtain the 2 affection necessary to keep Fenrir in your army immediately upon her joining it. Strategically to avoid your territories being taken by Fenrir mid-chapter, it is advised that you invade Thrudheim after Folk and capture territories from that direction instead of from Edda.

1Fenrir's Army occupies these three territories, regardless of who owns them at that moment. Invading Thrudheim from Folk can allow you to mostly get by this event without losing your territories to Fenrir:
- If you have not conquered Folk, you will be forced to occupy these territories when invading from Edda (and consequently give up aforementioned territories to Fenrir.
- At the very least, whichever direction chosen in the invasion you will lose Valtimo Skygorge, which is an Edda Territory.

Chapter X : The Snake Dances in The Silver World (Nation of Winter Glads) - Rigret (and Jorm)[]
At the beginning of the chapter, there is only the Glads Army to deal with. Once you have occupied enough territories, Jorm's Army will appear and take 3 specific ones. The event that marks her appearance involves a dialogue choice that will be necessary for recruiting her to your army later.
No prior events (other than Fena's Gossip on the Candidates) give Jorm Affection in advance so you would normally need to spend extra turns building Mingle up to keep her in your army. However, the affection requirement can be bypassed by simply having one of the other Demon Princess Sisters in your army so strategically it may be more desirable to invade Glads after Thrudheim.

Chapter X : Tempestuous Holy Land (Holy Land of Valhalla) - Odin (and Hel)[]
Like Fenrir (and unlike Jorm), it's possible through the right dialogue choices to have 2 affection (if not more) for Hel upon her joining your army. This can cut down on or outright eliminate turns needed to mingle with her before conquering Valhalla. In return, taking the first dialogue choice costs 2 territories in Edda, meaning more battles in a chapter consisting of the toughest units in mid-game.

1The Princess' Counterattack gives a potential of up to 2 points in reign/conquest, 1 point of Hel's Affection, and guarantees her joining your army regardless of your choices. To break down the possibilities:
- If you choose to fight her ("Show their power"), win the battle, then "Put her in her place", you gain +2 Conquest, +1 Hel Affection, view Hel's Event, and collect the spoils of the battle.
- If you choose to fight her ("Show their power"), win the battle, then "Request her assistance", you gain +1 Conquest, +1 Reign, +1 Hel Affection, and collect the spoils of the battle, but do not view Hel's Event.
- If you choose to fight her ("Show their power") but lose the battle, you gain +1 Conquest and +1 Reign.
- If you choose to "Tell Tyrca to retreat", you gain +2 Reign.
2Unlike the previous battles, losing the forced battle with Odin results in a Game Over. Make sure you have a squad healed up and ready to take on Odin before triggering this event.
3Whichever nation is chosen for invasion becomes the next chapter. For example if Valhalla is Chapter 2 and you choose Folk, The Golden Plains becomes Chapter 3. Nations already invaded will not appear.
4Whichever nation is remaining automatically becomes Chapter 5. If no nations remain, the story proceeds to Chapter 6.
Chapter 6 : Holder of the Key[]
At the start of this chapter, the three Demon Princesses will temporarily leave your army (assuming they stayed after their respective chapters). Make sure you build their affection to 3 or they will(may?) not rejoin your army during the events of Chapter 7.
New territories appear in this chapter, specifically 1 for each nation besides Valhalla and a 5-territory "Auditorium". Only the south section of the Auditorium can be occupied before the chapter ends and it (plus more territories you own) are lost as a prelude to Chapter 7

Chapter 7 : In Search of Power[]
For the start of the chapter, you will need to re-occupy the capitals of Thrudheim, Edda, and Glads to rescue Tyrca, Freya, and Odin. If you have built up enough affection for the Demon Princess Sisters, they will also join your army after defeating them in their respective territories.
Once you have recovered the goddesses, the Auditorium becomes accessible, with all 5 territories revealed.
Note: Although you rescue the goddesses one by one, they will not rejoin your army until you finish rescuing all 3.

Final Chapter : Apocalyptic Destruction Deity (Reign Route)[]
In this route you leave behind Yggdrasil and begin an invasion on Utgard. All the territories from Yggdrasil are kept under your control but you will no longer be able to rebuild what is on said territories. Make sure your asset distribution is made to your preferences before you enter this chapter.

2Much like with the Valhalla Chapter, losing either forced battle results in a Game Over. That being said, the enemies in the forced battles are somewhat weaker than the ones you face reaching this point so keeping a well-rested competent squad (or keeping your main squad in top shape) should suffice.
?Fena returning to your army may be dependent on affection? Conditions for Ending choices are assumed and have not been tested. (Need to be clarified: Fena will return to the army if her Affection is 12 or more, need some event from Corrupted Goddess in order to achieve this)
Final Chapter : Ragnarok's Supreme Deity (Conquest Route)[]
This route removes the auditorium, adds a new territory behind Valhalla Palace, and places all of Valhalla under enemy control. As far as invasion is concerned, progression isn't that different from the X Chapters (reduce the enemy army to 2 assets)
Note that unlike the Reign Route, you cannot actively choose which ending you want to have occur. It will automatically be selected depending on what conditions have been met on a list with ranking priorities.
There is almost no difference between the All Ages and R18+ Version for this Chapter

1None of the dialogue choices in this event appear to affect anything. You can choose at your own discretion where to attack and which goddess to free regardless of the one you choose here.
2Although Menia joins your army as a commander, she cannot be interacted with personally through the Call Menu. There is, however, an event that relates to her through Fena on the Call Menu instead.
3Losing any forced battle results in a Game Over. That being said, the enemies in the forced battles are somewhat weaker than the ones you face reaching this point so keeping a well-rested competent squad (or keeping your main squad in top shape) should suffice.
Characters Events[]
Character Events are Events pertaining to specific commanders in your army, some needing to be selected from the Call Menu and others playing as a follow-up to events played from the Call Menu. Dialogue choices made during these events will dictate the majority of the Reign/Conquest you obtain during the playthrough, as well as affection towards each character.
These events become available based the Train/Mingle state of the character in question but can sometimes the needed conditions can become remarkably complicated. Especially for the 5 goddesses, conditions may include as much as needing to reach a certain Train/Mingle number, ensuring the goddess is or isn't in corrupted (Train reaches a certain point, varies by goddess) state, and remaining in a certain Chapter bracket for it to trigger.
Bear in mind that only one turn-start event (event that automatically plays at the beginning of the turn) will trigger each turn and that Main Story Events take priority over Character Events. Take care not to proceed into a new chapter until sure all Character Events have been completed.
Also, to awaken each of the 5 goddesses, you must accumulate some degree of train, otherwise you will not have the necessary amount of affection needed to get them to the awakening event. It is recommended you start with train then move onto mingle (or attempt both and stop train before corruption) because reaching maximum mingle too early may seal off events that would be necessary to build up more affection.
Tyrca Events[]
Tyrca's Divinity reaches 0 once her Train stat hits 60; if you plan to keep her in "good" state, make sure train doesn't exceed 60 until after My Body is My Sword
